If you’d like to request a refund, cancel, or reschedule, here’s what you need to know about our process. This Refund Policy is the entire agreement of the parties. It reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations.
MOMFIT’s CEO will review refunds requested that don’t fit within our policy. These will be approved on a case-by-case basis, and we will review refund cases weekly. If approved, we will refund your case within two weeks of approval.
Refunds
1. Within 24 hours of your purchase: you may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchasing and request a full refund. You will be issued the refund, minus a 7% operational fee. To cancel an order, send your request to support@joannamercado.com
2. Beyond 24 hours after purchase: You can request a refund in writing after 24 hours of purchasing, and prior to the beginning of your Coaching session. We will give a full refund, minus a 15% administrative fee. To cancel an order, send your request to support@joannamercado.com
3. After your Coaching sessions have started: If you cancel your order after you’ve started your sessions, we will not refund. However, you may reschedule the sessions for up to 12 months after the initial payment.
4. Unexpected circumstances: If you are prevented from completing all of your scheduled sessions due to unexpected circumstances, then you may request a refund for the amount pertaining to the remaining sessions. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If approved, MOMFIT will issue a refund, minus a 15% transaction fee.
5. Unused sessions: All unused sessions expire 12 months after initial payment.
Rescheduling/Cancelling Your Session
You can reschedule or cancel your one-on-one coaching call up to 48 hours before the original date. If the coaching call is canceled later than that, the session will be deducted from your package.
If you can’t attend your session, you should cancel the meeting. Please inform MOMFIT via email, at least 48 hours before the session.
